Our Fusion Guard® cookware coating is made of an innovative blend of Ceramic, Titanium and Silver ions that provide a toxin free, durable and easy way to cook. The non-reactant infused surface will keep your food free of impurities and the efficient heat transfer will make cooking easy. On top of this, the Fusion Guard® cookware’s non-stick properties will mean you can cut down on oil and cut down on cleaning up. While ceramics are great to cook with, it is important to plan how you use your pan!

Before First Use
Make sure that you remove any labels and packaging from your pan before you use it. Also, make sure that you clean off anything that might have got on there during manufacturing and shipping. Follow cleaning instructions before first use
Careful Cleaning Of The Cooking Surface
For a basic clean, you should always clean the cooking surface of your pan with warm, soapy water and non-abrasive sponge. Steer clear of abrasive detergents and anything that could scratch the cooking surface. Make sure you DON’T use steel wool, scouring pads or any abrasive materials
What If You Find Sticky Spots After Cooking?

High heat can cause carbonization. That’s when you find dark, sticky areas on the pan. If that happens, then fill yourpan with water and bring it to a boil. After a couple of minutes, empty the water out and (without burning yourself!)clean the carbonized bits off with a soapy sponge.

Don’t Worry As Much About the Outside of the Pan

While we suggest to be gentle, it is okay to use more abrasive detergents when cleaning theoutside of the pan.

⚠️ Do not use steel wool or other abrasive cleaners on the inside or outside of the pan.
Is My Pan Dishwasher Safe?
You don’t need one! Our Fusion Guard  coating makes clean up a breeze. It saves you both time and hassle.Consistent usage in the dishwasher could cause some of the cleaning agents to shorten the life of your pan.For that reason, we always recommend you stick to cleaning your pan by hand, in warm soapy water with anon-abrasive sponge.
How To Store Your Pan
Make sure you store your pan away from anything that could dent or scratch the surface. Most importantly, make sure you DON’T put anything that could damage the surface directly in the pan when you store it.For best results, use one of our pan protectors or a dishcloth to stop anything from coming into contactwith the cooking surface.
Where Can I Use My Pan?

Our cookware has been made to work on almost any cooking surface including induction stovetops

⚠️ DO NOT use your pan or lid in a microwave.
Be Nice And Gentle!

It’s important to be careful with your pan. Try NOT to slide it across any surface or bang it into anything. Don’t be reckless! Don’t overcook things as well. Our cookware holds heat well and it’s easy to get it too hot. Overheating your pan could reduce the life span of the non-stick surface. 30 to 60 seconds on a burner at medium heat is often enough to preheat. For gas burners, make sure that the flame only touches the bottom of the pan as it could discolor the sides. Different pans will take different amounts of time to reach optimum temperature. Make sure you monitor your pan to find the right amount of time.

⚠️ Never leave an empty pan on heat for any period of time.

When Everything’s Ready

When you’ve got your pan safely in position and have heated it up just right, make sure you use the right oil. No other seasoning is required. Natural liquid oils with a high smoke point and butter will preserve your pan. Avoid using sprays, aerosols and extra virgin olive oil. Luckily for you, your Fusion Guard® pan will help to keep you healthy because you won’t need as much oil as with other pans. The ceramic surface helps everything glide making sure you don’t use too much oil. It might even be possible to cook certain things with little to no oil in our Fusion Guard® pans.

Don’t Scratch Your Pan

After everything you’ve done up to here, it would be a great shame to scratch your pan. For that reason,DON’T use cooking utensils with hard edges. Metal utensils will damage your pan. Wooden, silicone andnylon products are recommended.

⚠️ Never cut food in your pan. Never use metal utensils in your pan.
Careful When You’re Cooking
Make sure you’re careful about handling the pan when it’s hot. The handles, lid, and surface of the pancan all become hot while cooking. We recommend using an oven glove or pot holders to handlethe pan while it is in use
Be Nice And Gentle Again!

After you’ve finished cooking with the pan, make sure to allow it to cool off before you handle orclean it. Always leave your pan on a heat bearing surface, rather than on a kitchen countertop orany surface which could become damaged.

⚠️ It is important NOT to allow the hot ceramic pan or lid to come into contact with cold water when it ishot. Doing so could cause damage. Always allow the pan and lid to heat up and cool down gently.
What About Oven Cooking?

You can use your Fusion Guard  pan for oven cooking until 400 F. However, some pan lids are not oven safeand should not be used in the oven*. Always use oven mitts to handle your pan after it has been in the oven.

⚠️ DO NOT use the pans in a microwaveNever leave hot cookware unattended if there are children in yourhousehold and always supervise children when they are near it.

* Check user manual with included sets to see if your pot and pan lids are oven safe.
